Definition
A blacklist (block list) stops listed numbers, senders, or apps from calling, messaging, or running. On phones it is usually Settings → Blocked or the Phone app’s blocked-numbers list.
Real-World Example
Adding a spam caller to the blacklist so that number can no longer ring the handset.
